Raw salmon chili flakes with herb salad
Ingredients
1/2 Tbsp ground roasted rice
250 g salmon slice
2 Tbsp finely sliced shallot
1 Tbsp cilantro, rough chopped
1 Tbsp green onion, chopped
1 Tbsp coriander, rough chopped
1 Tbsp fish sauce
1 Tbsp lime juice
Chili flakes to taste
Put the salmon slices into a mixing bowl.
With fish sauce and lemon juice ground roasted chili and herb and Mix well together.
